· Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
· Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Desk Agent or similar position in hotel industry
· Good command of English, both spoken and written
· Familiar with hotel system operation (VHP system is an advantage)
· Good communication skills, well-groomed appearance, and guest service-oriented
