Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years in similar position in 3-4 stars hotel
• Proven leadership, sales, and marketing experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of the hotel’s operations, financial goals, and the market
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with data, analyze reports, and use sales systems
• Mastering mixed market segment based on area
Plus point if has experience in the Airport Area
