· Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree or Vocational School graduate in Culinary Arts or related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience as Demi Chef or in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry
· Passion for culinary excellence and food presentation
· Good knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene & sanitation standards, and market list preparation
· Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Possess leadership capability and problem-solving skills
